Coaching
Walking with you toward emotional resilience, raw vegan vitality, and a life rooted in nature's wisdom
I arrived at this work through years of living it — twenty years of raw vegan eating, of learning to listen to my body, of discovering that the food on my plate was only one conversation among many that needed tending.
What I offer is not a prescriptive program. It is a relationship. A space where you can bring whatever you are carrying — the health questions, the emotional weight, the longing for something simpler and truer — and know that you will be met with patience, honesty, and genuine care.
"Healing is not something we achieve. It is something we allow — gently, and in our own time."
My coaching draws from three interconnected streams. The first is raw vegan nutrition and lifestyle — not as dogma, but as a living practice I have refined over two decades. The second is emotional resilience — the art of meeting our feelings without being consumed by them, of building an inner landscape that can weather storms and still bloom. The third is nature-connected healing — the understanding that we are not separate from the natural world, and that many of our deepest answers come from slowing down enough to hear what the earth has always been saying.
Whether you are new to this path or have been walking it for years, whether you live in Michigan or across the world, I welcome you. Every conversation begins where you are.
Begin a Conversation
If something here speaks to you, I would love to hear from you. Tell me a little about where you are and what you're seeking — there is no wrong answer.
What to Expect
A coaching relationship with me begins gently. Our first conversation is an opportunity to explore whether this feels like the right fit — for both of us. There is no pressure, no sales pitch, no commitment beyond showing up honestly.
If we decide to work together, we will move at your pace. Some people come with a specific question about raw food or a health concern. Others arrive in the middle of an emotional transition and need a steady, compassionate presence. Still others are seeking a deeper spiritual connection with nature and themselves. All of these are welcome.
Sessions happen by phone or video, wherever you are. I am based in Michigan, but this work crosses every border. What matters is not geography but willingness — the courage to turn toward yourself with kindness and curiosity.
